چکیده

Purpose of research. To determine rational fertilization systems for growing topinambur on low fertility soil to increase the productivity plant community in order strengthen feedstock base production bioethanol. Methods. Field, accounting, laboratory, and analytical. Results. It was established that can be successfully grown degraded eroded podzolic soil. A organo-mineral fertilizer system with introduction 15–20 t/ha manure N40–65P40–53K40–70 as well microbiological formulation Filazonit MC (10 L/ha) improves green weight Jerusalem artichoke significantly compared without fertilizer. The total yield dry biomass increases by 7.3–7.5 or 100–102%. However, process using plantations 3–4 years, is reduced. Therefore, re-fertilization required. Fertilizer exert unequal influence formation nutrient regime characterized a certain ameliorative effect helps reduce acidity environment, reducing hydrolytic 0.23–0.42 mmol/100 g soil, 14–26%. As proportion organic fertilizers increases, index decreases. Fertilizing causes an content available basic mineral nutrients Conclusions. Organo-mineral has significant advantages over ones, because best agrochemical indices highest mass tubers, which leads harvest. During fertilization, more intensively than tuber crop. use smaller quantities aboveground biomass, increased rates complete (ΣNPK = 390 kg/ha active substance) provide tubers matter yield. An additional factor increasing biological artichoke’s biologically agents, such Filazonitu MC, contributes insignificantly improve through activation processes growth processes.

Nutrient concentrations and fluxes for podzolic and gley soils at Plynlimon, mid-Wales: implications for modelling

The effect of felling on stream nitrate, ammonium and soluble reactive phosphate (SRP) concentrations is examined for acidic and acid sensitive Sitka Spruce afforested catchments with podzolic and gley soils in mid-Wales. For the streams draining the felled podzolic areas, the concentrations of nitrate can be up to an order of magnitude higher than pre-fell values and post-fell concentrations c...

Forest productivity decline caused by successional paludification of boreal soils.

Long-term forest productivity decline in boreal forests has been extensively studied in the last decades, yet its causes are still unclear. Soil conditions associated with soil organic matter accumulation are thought to be responsible for site productivity decline. The objectives of this study were to determine if paludification of boreal soils resulted in reduced forest productivity, and to id...

Effects of repeated sewage sludge application on plant community diversity and structure under agricultural field conditions on Podzolic soils in eastern Quebec

In Quebec, municipal sewage sludge application on agricultural lands is relatively recent and there are many concerns related to potential contamination and loss of plant productivity. This study aimed at monitoring the impacts of repeated, long-term application of sewage sludge on agricultural lands under operating field conditions. Eight paired study sites (treated and control) in three regio...

Predicting corn and soybean productivity for Illinois soils

Current corn and soybean productivity data is needed in Illinois for land-use planning, sustainable farm management, and accurate land appraisal. The out-of-date source of soil productivity data is Circular 1156 Soil Productivity in Illinois (Fehrenbacher et al., 1978, Soil productivity in Illinois. UIUC. College of Agriculture. COOP. EXT. SERV. Circular 1156). A new major analysis based on cur...

Microbial Competition in Polar Soils: A Review of an Understudied but Potentially Important Control on Productivity

Intermicrobial competition is known to occur in many natural environments, and can result from direct conflict between organisms, or from differential rates of growth, colonization, and/or nutrient acquisition. It has been difficult to extensively examine intermicrobial competition in situ, but these interactions may play an important role in the regulation of the many biogeochemical processes ...
